Kevin Host, PharmD
President, PSG Consulting
Kevin Host leads the PSG consulting group. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has a strong background in specialty benefit management, product development, strategic planning, pharmacy operations, team building, and mentoring emerging leaders. Prior to joining PSG, Kevin served as senior vice president of specialty pharmacy at OptumRx and was responsible for UnitedHealth Group’s OptumRx Specialty Pharmacy programs, which included specialty drug distribution, clinical program development, and benefits and outcomes strategy designs.
Kevin earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific in California. He also is a member of various industry boards, including the Genentech Oncology Trend Report and URAC Pharmacy Advisory Group, where he helped establish the first comprehensive accreditation standards for specialty and mail service pharmacies.
Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer
Rishi Khullar leads product development and technology management. With more than 19 years of industry experience, he has a strong background in pharmacy technology, specialty benefit management, product innovation, product and technology development, systems architecture, and technology operations. Rishi Khullar has held product and technology leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies, such as CVS Health and Walgreens, that securely manage very large amounts of patient information and provide healthcare services with stringent service levels, at scale.
Prior to joining PSG, Rishi served as the Chief Architect & Vice President of Technology Products & Solutions at OptumRx, being responsible for technology products and solutions design supporting UnitedHealth Group’s OptumRx business that included Pharmacy Benefits Management, Home Delivery Pharmacy, Specialty Drug Distribution and Clinical Program Management. Rishi earned a Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India. He also is a member of various industry groups, including IASA Global, Pharmacy IT Innovation Group (multiple pharmacy technology patents granted) and the CIO forum.
Michael Lonergan, RPh
Senior Vice President, Artemetrx
Michael (Mike) Lonergan oversees the ongoing development of Artemetrx’s unique products and services. He has a diverse and successful 18-year record in the pharmacy benefits and healthcare industries. He has worked with numerous sophisticated healthcare purchasers, including United Healthcare and fortune 500 employers. Mike’s areas of expertise include specialty drug management strategies under the pharmacy and medical benefits, pharmacy operations, strategic planning, clinical program development, legislative and regulatory affairs, limited distribution drug, risk evaluation and mitigation strategies, and leadership development.
Prior to joining Artemetrx, Mike served for 10 years at OptumRx in successively higher leadership positions, most recently as Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy, where he was responsible for UnitedHealth Group’s OptumRx Specialty Pharmacy programs, which included specialty drug distribution, clinical program development, and benefits and outcomes strategy designs. Prior to OptumRx, Mike served at Savon Pharmacy/Albertson’s, in a number of roles including Regional Managed Care Liaison and Immunization Program Market Lead. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from University of Kansas. He also has served on the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy and URAC Specialty Advisory Group, where he helped develop accreditation standards for specialty and mail service pharmacies.
Director, Client & Business Analytics
Libby Johnson has 12 years of pharmacy benefit management experience and a deep understanding of PBM pricing and methodology, PBM contracting and negotiations, benchmarking, and industry demands related to lower costs. Her expertise includes developing strategic pharmacy cost solutions, creating advanced and specialized data and financial analysis plans, analyzing forecast and trend developments, and evaluating PBM pricing strategies and tactics. One of Libby’s key strengths is assisting clients in designing and deploying strategies to improve overall pharmacy program performance. She honed these skills at PSG serving as a Pharmacy Consultant before moving into her current role. As a consultant, Libby successfully developed custom client deliverables and assisted clients in effectively managing their pharmacy benefit programs, including market procurements and renewals, plan design strategy, program and contract benchmarking, and pharmacy audits. She also was a Pricing and Audit Analyst for PSG and worked as an Underwriter for Express Scripts, Inc. Libby earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, with a minor in business management, from the College of Saint Benedict.
Renee Rayburg, RPh
Sr. Director of Clinical Consulting
Ms. Rayburg leads Artemetrx services in Clinical Consulting with more than 20 years in pharmacy and medical benefit management to support our health plan sponsors, providers, and patients. For our clients, she provides guidance on the design, implementation, and monitoring of specialty drug solutions and works to optimize plans and patient care. Previously, Ms. Rayburg was Director of Managed Care Pharmacy Consulting for Optum Insight with a specialization in analytics, strategy, and specialty pharmacy management. Her background also includes extensive experience working with payers, providers, and pharmacies at Bioscrip, UPMC, and Eckerd Health Services. Ms. Rayburg earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Duquesne University and is a registered pharmacist.
